Aug 10, 2010 - Castine, ME – Maine Maritime Academy is pleased to announce that it has hired Shawn Dennis as its new Head Golf Coach. Dennis begins his first year at MMA replacing Bob Flanders, who served as the Mariners Head Coach for two years.

The Maine Maritime Academy and Mariner Athletics are proud to announce the selection of Emile “Bevo” Girard (Class of ‘64), Joseph “Joe” Moran (Class of ’64), and Adam St.John (Class of ’85) for 2010 induction into the William J. Mottola Mariner Athletics Hall of Fame.

May 7, 2010 - Maine Maritime sophomore attacker Andrew DiSalvo was named North Atlantic Conference Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Year. DiSalvo, who garnered Rookie of the Year honors a season ago led the conference with 25 assists while also heading the Mariners attack scoring 27 goals.
