Goda Named To Maine Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-State Team
The Maine Women's Basketball Coaches Association announced their All-State teams for the 2010-2011 season on Friday. Maine Maritime junior forward Samantha Goda (Eliot, ME) was honored as a 2nd Team All-State selection.
The teams are selected by the coaches of the 13 DIII teams throughout the state of Maine. Goda averaged 13.2 points and 8.5 rebounds this season while shooting 49.4% from the floor. Goda also led the Lady Mariners in steals, blocks, and field goals made.
