The Facility: Bok pool is a six-lane, 25-yard pool serving a number of purposes at the Academy since it was built in 1961. The pool underwent dramatic renovations during the summer of 2018 in advance of the first varsity season. Spectrum Xcellerator platforms, bleachers and a Colorado Timing Systems scoreboard were installed. Lane lines were replaced, the wall were repainted and new storage space was created. That work followed a replacement of the pool's media system in 2015. In addition to serving as a home to the men's and women's swim teams, Bok Pool is the classroom for basic water skills, lifeguarding, SCUBA and ocean survival courses. The Academy offers member swim times for the campus community and paying members of the fitness center. The pool is also the practice home for George Stevens Academy swim.
