10 Mariners Named NAC Fall All-Academic

CASTINE, Maine – 10 members of Maine Maritime Academy’s fall sports teams were named to the North Atlantic Conference Fall All-Academic Team. The NAC All-Academic Team recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Student-athletes must also have reached junior academic standing and competed in a minimum of two years of varsity competition at their institution.

A total of 98 student-athletes were named to the North Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team for the Fall 2014 semester.

Five Maine Maritime Academy fall sports were represented, including four repeat student-athletes, making this the largest Fall-All Academic Team for the Mariners since 2010-2011.
