  • Four Mariners Named NAC All-Academic
    June 18, 2014
    Four Maine Maritime student-athletes were named to the Winter and Spring North Atlantic Conference All-Academic team, it was announced Wednesday. To be honored, a student-athlete must have reached junior academic standing, have competed in a minimum two years of varsity competition at their institution with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50.

    New England College (13-3) raced out to a 5-0 lead over the first 15 minutes of a wire-to-wire, 17-9 win over Maine Maritime (7-7) in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Men’s Lacrosse Semifinals on Wednesday. The Pilgrims saw eight players find the net, earning New England College a date with Castleton in the conference’s championship final.
