Series History: The Mariners are 3-2 all-time against the Terriers. 

Last Meeting & Maine Maritime Academy's Last Game: Madison Barry (Stoneham, Mass.) and Sierra James (Campton, N.H.) tallied five goals each to lead Maine Maritime Academy women's lacrosse to a 16-11 victory over Thomas College last Saturday afternoon at Ritchie Field.

The two teams battled closely early on, until Barry scored back-to-back free position goals to send the Mariners into halftime with a 6-4 lead. 

The Terriers closed the gap to one goal on two occasions to start the second half, but the Mariners went on a four-goal run to build a 12-7 lead at 15:09. The Terriers scored three-unanswered goals to cut the Mariners' lead to 14-11 with five minutes to go but Sydney Adams (Trumbull, Conn.) and James scored back-to-back goals to secure the victory for Maine Maritime.

Barry led the Mariners with a career-high five goals, two assists, three draw controls, a ground ball and a caused turnover.

James added five goals, three ground balls and a caused turnover, while Adams finished the afternoon with four goals, a team-high eight draw controls and two grounds balls. Christina Wilson (East Granby, Conn.) added a goal, an assist, six ground balls, four caused turnovers and three draw controls and Julia Dillon (Norway, Maine) added a goal and three ground balls.

In net, Maine Maritime's Sydney Cole (Westbrook, Maine) tallied four saves for the victory.

Alexis Felch led the Terriers with five goals, three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Nikki Bradstreet tallied two goals, three assists, eight draw controls, four ground balls and three caused turnovers.

In net, Arianna Cannistraro tallied eight saves in the loss for Thomas.

The Mariners edged the Terriers in draw controls 15-14, and dominated ground balls 32-18. Maine Maritime went 7-of-10 on free position shots, while the Terriers went 3-of-4.

Thomas College's Last Game: The Thomas College women's lacrosse team fell to Regis 18-4 in a non-conference game on Tuesday afternoon. 

The Pride outscored Thomas 13-2 in the first, with Mackenzie Driscoll and Rebecca Kennett notching the goals for Thomas. 

Driscoll scored another early in the second, while Nikki Bradstreet added one late to make it an 18-4 final. 

Arianna Cannistraro took the loss in net for Thomas, making 11 saves. 

The Mariners: After seven games, the Mariners average 8.71 goals and 22.71 shots per game, while averaging 47.4 percent on free position shots and 9.71 draw controls per game.

Sydney Adams leads the Mariners with 16 goals and 27 draw controls, Madison Barry leads the team with six assists, and Christina Wilson has a team-best 28 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers. In net, Sydney Cole has 54 saves for a 39.4 save percentage. 

The Terriers: After eight games, the Terriers average 8.25 goals, and 22.88 shots per game while averaging 25.0 percent on free position shots and 8.88 draw controls per game.

Alexis Felch leads the Terriers with 20 goals, Nickki Bradstreet leads the team with 14 assists, 37 ground balls, and 14 caused turnovers. Tanasia Eldon leads the team with 23 draw controls. In net, Arianna Cannistraro leads the team with 66 saves for a 43.1 save percentage.
