September 1, 2017: Lewis Nets Hat Trick in Maine Maritime's 5-0 Win Over Unity

Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer cruised to a 5-0 win over Unity College in their season opener at Ritchie Field.

September 19, 2017: Mariners Defeat Thomas 5-1

Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer defeated Thomas College 5-1 in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Ritchie Field.

October 15, 2017: Mariners Shutout Owls on Senior Day

Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer cruised to a 6-0 victory over UMaine-Presque Isle at Ritchie Field. Prior to the game, the Mariners honored the team's three seniors; Kylie Bradley, Eleanor Carr, and Emily Wyman

Eryn Doiron scored two goals and dished out two assists to lead Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer to a commanding 6-1 victory over Johnson State College in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Ritchie Field 

October 17, 2017: Lewis Lifts Mariners Over UMF

Makayla Lewis scored in the 25th minute to lead Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer to a 1-0 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) victory over UMaine-Farmington at Leib Field.

October 22, 2017: Women's Soccer Blanks Eagles; Secures No. 5 Seed in NAC Tournament

Maine Maritime Academy women's soccer shutout Green Mountain College, 5-0 in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) play to secure the fifth seed in the NAC Tournament. 

October 30, 2017: Five Mariners Grab All-Conference Honors

Susana DeFrank was named to the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) First Team, while teammates Kylie Bradley, Eryn Doiron and Makayla Lewis earned NAC Second Team honors and Miranda McIntire was named to the NAC Women's Soccer Sportsmanship Team.

Kylie Bradley was named the 2017-18 Maine Maritime Female Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year and the first-ever Mariners Female Leader of the Year.

The Mariners also landed 12 players on the ECAC Honor Roll. Kelsea Anair, Eleanor Carr, Kaitlyn Shute and Emily Wyman were named to the ECAC Honor Roll, while teammates Autumn Acord, Allison Boulier, Kylie Bradley, Lilah Chaar, Eryn Dorion, Makayla Lewis, Miranda McIntire and Caitlin Paradis earned ECAC President's Honor Roll honors. 

Season Records:

In 2017 Makayla Lewis tallied 67 shots, ranking fifth all-time in a single-season in shots attempted and 41 shots on goal, tying for second most in a single-season. Lewis averaged 2.28 shots on goal per game, ranking fourth all-time in a single-season. 

As a team the Mariners totaled 300 shots and 159 shots on goal in 2017, ranking second all-time in a single-season.

Career Records:

After her junior season, Makayla Lewis sits third all-time in points (85), points per game (1.52), goals (35) and goals per game (0.62). Lewis is the all-time leader in shots (212) and shots on goal (120).

Emily Wyman ended her career tied for second all-time in game winning goals (7) and is the new all-time leader in games played (72).
